In this section you’ll find From the Journals — a living archive of my personal growth journey. Over the last six years, I’ve filled more than 2,500 handwritten pages with insights, strategies, and reflections. Each page is a testament to my dedication and consistency. For me, journaling has always been more than a habitit’s a form of mental therapy. While AI and technology can generate information instantly, I’ve found irreplaceable value in slowing down. Sitting in a café, a library, or a sunny corner with a notebook and a training in front of me allows me to process deeply, wrestle with concepts, and translate them into lived wisdom. That reflection is where theory becomes practice, and practice becomes transformation.
Much of this journey has been shaped by some of the world’s most influential teachers. From Tony Robbins’ immersion-style events, to Brendon Burchard’s high-performance frameworks, to the thought leadership of Jordan Peterson and Simon Sinek, I’ve sought out knowledge wherever I could find it — sometimes through significant investments in live trainings, other times through the vast pool of wisdom freely available on YouTube. No matter the source, I made it a discipline to wrestle with their lessons, distill them into my own words, and apply them in real life.
What you’ll see here are not polished theories but lived lessons — ideas tested, refined, and revisited until they stuck. Each journal entry captures a core theme in growth, from striving while satisfied to building stronger peer groups, alongside reflective questions you can use to apply these insights in your own journey.
My hope is that by sharing these pages, you’ll not only glimpse my process, but also discover the clarity, perspective, and momentum that came from consistent, intentional growth.

Standing on the Shoulders of Giants

"Lessons From the Greats"

Alongside my own journaling practice, much of my growth has been shaped by the wisdom of others. Over the past six years I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the world’s most influential thought leaders. From Tony Robbins’ immersive events, to Brendon Burchard’s high-performance frameworks, to the psychological insights of Jordan Peterson, and the leadership vision of Simon Sinek — each has left a lasting imprint on how I think, live, and coach.
I’ve invested thousands of hours — and often thousands of dollars — into live trainings, workshops, and study, while also drawing on the wealth of free knowledge available through books, podcasts, and platforms like YouTube. Some lessons affirmed what I already knew, others stretched me far beyond my comfort zone, and many challenged me to rethink how I approach growth.
This section is dedicated to honouring their influence and passing those lessons forward.

Here you’ll find embedded videos, curated resources, and my reflections — not just what I learned, but how I’ve lived it, and how you can apply it in your own journey too.

Take Charge of Your Self-Esteem

A training from one of the best : Brendon burchard

Founder of Growthday

I first completed this training with Brendon Burchard on boosting self-esteem, and it left a lasting impact on how I show up in life and coaching. When I later found it available on YouTube, I knew it was worth sharing here so you can experience his work directly.

Below, I’ve included a snapshot of my study notes from the session — a glimpse into how I process and apply these lessons in real time.

Meaning of Communications and Utilising Your Emotions

A training from one of the best : Tony Robbins

I first discovered this talk years ago, during one of the most defining seasons of my life — while I was working toward buying my first home and later navigating a season of deep loss. I downloaded it to audio and listened to it while gardening, while running, until I could nearly recite it word for word.
It taught me the power of emotional awareness and communication — not as abstract theory, but as a daily tool for transforming relationships and mindset. These principles shaped how I listen, respond, and connect, and they continue to influence my coaching today.
The video itself may not be high-definition, but the lessons are timeless. Even now, I find myself reciting and sharing them at least once a week.
